double-side terylence, 100% cotton, polyester-cotton lacoste,
pique mesh, single jacquard, compound rib and so on.
The characteristics of polyester-cotton fabrics: soft and massy
to touch, and difficult deformation after washing , but wearing
not comfortable as a cotton t-shirts. Common polyester-cotton is
80% cotton, 20% polyester or 65% cotton, 35% polyester.
100% Cotton fabric characteristics: feel better, wearing
comfortable, gram usually is between 160 grams to 300 grams,
t-shirts too thin will be very thoroughly, too thick will be
sultry, general good choice is between 180-260 grams of weight ,
yarn counts usually is 21 and 32, refers to the average length
of the cotton fiber, the higher the soft, and the veil is
divided into normal yarn, half fine yarn and fine yarn, normal
yarn fabrics surface would be more rough , in particular the
dark fabrics, there is white fabric yarn point. Fine yarn fabric
surface is clean, also feels very soft. |
